Meet Actually History co-creators Kaitlin Culmo and Michelle Logan.

    Kaitlin Culmo

    Kaitlin is the co-author of To Her Credit: Historic Achievements and the Women Who Actually Made Them Happen, published by Union Square & Co. Kaitlin’s personal work bridges creativity and strategy; telling stories that challenge how we remember history, and how we shape it next.

    She is also the Director of Marketing, Content, and Brand at VESYL, a software company modernizing e-commerce fulfillment. A graduate of NYU’s Gallatin School of Individualized Study with a degree in Philosophy, Kaitlin began her career in digital branding for global clients including Seabourn Luxury Cruise Line and media outlets such as Men’s Fitness, Surfer, and Parade Home & Garden.

    Originally from Miami, Kaitlin is now based in Los Angeles.

    Michelle Logan

    Michelle is a dynamic television producer and on-air host with a passion for telling feel-good stories that uplift, inspire and spark joy.

    She began her career as a broadcast journalist. During her time at WUSA9 in Washington, D.C., she produced and hosted a local travel series and anchored the morning traffic. Her series Get Up Getaways celebrated the DMV region, shining a spotlight on locally-owned businesses and hidden gems. 

    Before moving to the nation’s capital, Michelle was part of the morning news team at CBS42 in Birmingham, Alabama. She produced and hosted the health and wellness series Living Well with Michelle.

    Michelle is from Santa Clarita, CA and is now based in Denver.
